Slice into Noodles: Fit the mandoline with the julienne blade or slicer. Gently slide the zucchini lengthwise across the blade to create long, thin strips similar to fettuccine.
Tip: Use the guard provided with the mandoline for safety.
3. **Kitchen Knife (Shoestring-like Noodles):
Prepare the Zucchini: Rinse and dry the zucchini. Trim off the ends.
Slice into Noodles: Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin planks, then stack the planks and slice them into thin sticks, like shoestring fries.
