Our organisation continues to offer a completely community-owned and led facility with a mission to provide practical, comprehensive and holistic support that enhances the wellbeing of our community . Wardell CORE promotes and encourages shared responsibility among community members, building a collective and resilient approach to disaster recovery and community development.
Membership is $10 per year. We offer that all members choose a contribution that best reflects their financial security.

To support community-led disaster preparedness, recovery and resilience
To help Wardell and surrounding communities develop their capacity to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from crises and disasters
To build community resilience to prevent the impact of poverty, disadvantage and suffering that results from natural disasters
To mitigate the impacts of poverty, disadvantage and suffering that results from natural disasters through the mobilisation of spontaneous offers of help (volunteers, financial, material) in the recovery effort
To do all things that the association determines is necessary to advance and achieve its objectives.
