Song Yan’s Fried Rice

Fried rice: 3-4 people

2 cups of rice, 3 cups of water to cook, cool it down to use 

3-4 piece of bacon or prawns and chorizo or any meat will do

2 cups of vegetables chopped coarsely

3eggs  mix the eggs with a fork 

Half a cup of shallots finely chopped 

Sauce: 

3 tablespoons light soy sauce 

2 teaspoons Chicken stock powder 

2 teaspoons Sesame oil 

Methods: 

1 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan

Fry the eggs, take it out and set aside

2 tablespoons of oils, fry the meat to browned, then add vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes 

Add rice and all the ingredients in the pan 

Add all the sauces 

stir all the ingredients for 7 to 10 minutes, make sure there are not much lumps of the rice. 

Taste for flavour and add more soy sauce if it needs
